  Amerol - Demo Amerol is a new four-piece Perth punk group that plays a USHC style, tight and at breakneck speeds. Musically it reminds me of just solid USHC, not to play the music down at all. But there are parts that remind of the best of Bad Brains at times. This definitely, is a style of hardcore I know like the back of my hand, funny coming from a person who loves hardcore and is from the US, I know. But as a reference point, I think it works well. Fast and tight with moments of unhinged aggression. This aggression translates a bit differently thought with the vocal style of Ashley Ramsey. This instead reminds me of some Eve Libertine's vocals in Crass. This tape's 6 tracks and coming in right under the 10-minute mark.   Autosear - Demo 2025 Autosear is a newer three-piece band out of Richmond, Virginia, bringing in some hard noise components into the crasher crust realm. With intros and outros reminding me of Goatworshipper and music dabbling in the realm of Gloom, but with much gruffer shouted vocal style.   Future Terror - Degenerating Shithole Cassette Future Terror is a crust as fuck punk rocking three piece out of Richmond, VA. This is Future Terror's third offering beyond their 2018 promo tape for the "Plague" LP. They've released a demo tape back in 2018 and a LP back in 2019. So, there's been a bit of wait on this recording and it was well worth it. This recording sees the band going through some line up changes and emerging as three piece, where they were previously a four. Don't take that as the band missing any the power they had before, it is still there and they aren't missing a beat. Containing former members of Spore, Asylum, and Prisoner, this is not the bands first rodeo and it sounds like it! This is some tight pummeling crust, with gruff vocals, shredding guitar, chugging bass, and pummeling drums.   Loud Night/ Taifun Split 7"EP Awesome split between two great bands, doing two totally different kind of things, brought to you by Phobia Records out of the Czech Republic and No Norms Records out of Boston, MA, USA. Both bands delivery two great tracks and this is just an awesome split. For the uninitiated Loud Night hails from Richmond, VA, USA and is their 4th offering. They started with a demo in 2017 then went on to release a 12" LP in 2020 and had a tour tape last year that was split with Fredag Den 13:e. This split picks the band up where they left off delivering amazing great metallic motor-charged punk! This is tight and hard hitting, great riffing with just powerful bass and drumming, with gruff vocals and sing long choruses if you want to subject your vocals cords to some abuse.
